Your access and use of the public website (the “Website”) and the private portal which requires registration to be accessed (the “Private Portal”, and together with the Website, the “Platform”) located at encompasscs.portal.gs. Pursuant to an arrangement between Encompass Community Services and Greenspace Mental Health Ltd., the Platform is made available by Greenspace Mental Health Ltd. for use by Encompass Community Services, its subsidiaries, employees, contractors and patients.
